Early Foundations (1925–1946) #

1925: Before World War II, Mr. Kun Sheng Liu, the first chairman, inherited his father’s ambition and continued to operate a joint venture with several friends, known as Huludun Iron Factory. When the city name changed to Fengyuan, the factory was renamed Fengyuan Iron Factory.

1946: After the Second World War, significant changes in the environment led to a reorganization. The original partners left to pursue other opportunities, and Mr. Kun Sheng Liu continued the business independently, renaming it Kim Ho Sheng Iron Works.
Growth and Internationalization (1963–1979) #

1963: The company transitioned from Kim Ho Sheng Iron Factory to Kim Ho Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd., marking its ambition to expand internationally.

1979: Urban development required the factory to relocate. The company moved to the Tantzu area and adopted a new name: Yi Tzung Precision Machinery Corp.
Recognition and Expansion (1982–1998) #

1982: Yi Tzung’s Mixing Mill and Dispersion Kneaders received the Golden Dragon Award, recognizing excellence in manufacturing.

1989: Acquisition of new land for the Hezong Machinery Co., Ltd. plant. The land area was 4,140.74 m², with a factory size of 6,573.369 m².

1991: Dispersion Kneaders, Enclosed High-Speed Mixers, and plastic mixers won the Golden Dragon Award.

1993: The company again received the Golden Dragon Award for its Dispersion Kneaders, Enclosed High-Speed Mixers, and plastic mixers.

Innovation and Modernization (2019–2020) #

2019: Successfully developed the new YK90 intermesh type rotor and a new hydraulic system for the Pressure Lid, designed for energy savings. These innovations were successfully introduced to the German market.
